Thank you for visiting our web site. We hope you enjoy some of the rarest & unique pieces from all over the world.
We have over 15,000 products here to see, and have also been expanding our full-scale gift line (extremely limited pieces).
Because our products come from all over the world, including manufacturers, and individual artisans, all the products may or may not be in stock all at the same time.
Most of the manufacturers also have artisans who work for them exclusively, and have to wait for their artisans to provide them with products first.
Most purchases ship with-in 2 to 6 weeks. Some unique / rare / exotic pieces can take 6 months to a year or more. MOST SHIP WITHIN A MONTH.
Shipments depend on what we have in stock, how busy we are, how busy the manufacturers are, and the mood of the artisans.
We try very hard to keep our web site up-to-date. There are times however, a piece may be retired, but is still on the web site. This is because the artists, and manufacturers to not send out notices to all their retailers when they retire a piece. Unfortunately we don’t find out until we order the piece for you.
After you find the special pieces that you’d like to add to your collection, my web site will generate and send an automatic email confirmation to you. When we receive your request, we will review what we have in stock, and send out an updated invoice with the shipping, insurance, handling charges and the approximate shipping time. At that time we will process your order for 50% of the purchase.
As we get up to date information on the products we don’t have in stock, we will pass on the new estimated manufacturing/shipping time. This time is the time we are given from the suppliers. We don’t make this estimated time up. We inform you of the same time we are informed of.
In the rare event that the piece decides to retire, we will inform you as soon as we know, and remove it from our web-site. Most of the time we only find out a piece has been retired when we order it. The artists do not inform us if they are no longer making a piece, or simply decide when we call them.
Please remember this is a Small Cottage Industry. Most of the pieces are all hand made. Artisans change jobs, quit, retire, or just disappear. When you review the piece(s) you especially like, consider them to be very limited!
When your order is complete we will process the balance due. Everything ships insured. You can choose to pay by Master Card, VISA, Money Order, or Personal check.
